About the role:
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity (Mon-Fri, 40hr week) with a well-known WA Security Integrator & Solutions Provider. The role will be based in their Perth CBD office + ad hoc site travel when required for projects.
This opportunity is perfect for someone that has hands-on technical experience across electronic security systems & project delivery and is looking to officially step into a Project Management position.
We’re ideally looking for someone that has previous experience in a leading hand / supervisor role, as this position will focus on customer and project delivery for small to large installations across various industries – Corrections, Defence, Government, Healthcare etc.
Salary:
$100-115k + super + overtime + $12k vehicle allowance + fuel card
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to manage requirements and updates & drive project delivery ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Compile project deliverable documentation & ensure compliance is in line with industry standards.
- Support field technical staff with material and documentation & provide technical support to field staff including apprentices.
- Negotiate contract variations, conduct site assessments & assist in the development of installation plans.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- WA Security Licence
- Hands-on experience with Access Control and CCTV systems
- Exposure to a variety of installation projects
- Understanding of project documentation and delivery processes
- Previous experience managing or helping drive projects
- Project Management Certification / Diploma – not essential, only desirable
