After falling into recruitment in 2018 whilst living in Sydney, Holly worked as a candidate manager across multiple industries and sectors including Tertiary & Higher Education, Sales, Marketing, Project Management and Business Support. She then moved into Medical Recruitment, specialising in nationwide locum recruitment in the Psychiatry, Surgery and Anaesthetics fields, as well as permanent recruitment for international doctors looking to relocate to Australia.
Holly has always been particularly interested in the forever evolving IT industry, so decided to move into the world of IT recruitment when she moved back to Perth at the end of 2021 and hasn't look back since. She has really been enjoying building relationships with new people in a new market, and being able to apply her years of experience and knowledge to achieve the best outcome for her candidates and clients alike.
In her second year at Verse Group, Holly moved away from IT after discovering a nationwide gap in the market when it came to recruiting in the industries that use Wireless Communications & Operational Technology. She went on to build the Communications & Technology department at Verse Group, where she specialises in Telecommunications, Data & Voice Communications, Operational Technology / Mining Systems, Networking and associated technologies. Recruiting all levels from Entry Level Technicians to Senior Engineers/Architects & Technical Project Managers - permanent, contract and fixed-term contracts!
