- Looking for someone with roughly 3 years helpdesk experience
- This role can grow into an infra admin / engineer in the future
- This person will sit across IT support, applications & infra projects
- Reporting to the IT Manager, just the 2 of them in the team nationally
- Needing someone who's flexible and personable - the need to be patient and able to translate technical terms to non technical people in the business
- Training on Wafex's software ERP system (WISE) will be provided
- HP setup
- Windows 10 - at beginning stages of Windows 11 deployment project
- VMware + HyperV
- Azure servers as well
- O365
- Any ticketing system experience - triaging and prioritising
- Network troubleshooting - Ubiquiti
- Someone with interest in business systems / automation - may move to powerapps in the future
- ERP - WISE - highly customised version of MS Dynamics
- Learning & development on offer - will pay to upskill the candidate
Required to go to the West Swan (warehouse / production site) once a week or once a fortnight
Open to WFH for the right candidate, they usually do Friday's and sometimes Monday anyway.
Travel required within Australia for this role - once a quarter
Option to travel internationally to their other sites may become available in the future.
Looking to recruit due to restructuring, had a sys admin before that was quite rigid in his ways and didn't want to cover a broad spectrum of technology

We are currently seeking an IT Support Officer/Analyst for our Belmont, WA location, with regular travel (once a fortnight) to West Swan and occasional travel to the East Coast as required. We would appreciate your guidance on the industry's job title for this role and any benchmarking insights you may have regarding the salary range of $60k - $75k + Super.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing service desk support to approximately 150 users across Western and Eastern Australia, Ecuador, and Kenya.
- Monitoring network and server infrastructure (switches, servers, access points), and applying updates to firmware and software when necessary.
- Procuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile phones, peripherals).
- Managing user onboarding and offboarding processes, including license management.
What we are looking for:
- 12-24 months of experience in a Level 1 Helpdesk position.
- Potential for growth into Application Support and Project Management after 12 months in this role.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
