About the Company:
This company is undergoing some exciting changes, these planned changes have created the need for a strategic leader to help improve this company's Development Capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laptop and Software Rollout: Assist in deploying laptops, Teams telephony, and Office 365.
- Training Needs Assessment: Interpret and act on training needs assessments to identify and address learning requirements.
- Gap Identification: Identify training gaps and design effective programs to address them.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and hardware rollouts.
- Strong skills in creating and delivering training programs.
- Ability to quickly understand and act on training needs assessments.
