Our Client:  

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Software Asset Management Coordinator to support their IT team. You will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of technology assets and licenses, ensuring compliance and optimisation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Coordinate day-to-day software asset management operations, prioritising key activities.  

- Advise on software license requirements, providing in-depth subject matter expertise.  

- Manage vendor relationships and software audits, ensuring compliance and accurate licensing.  

- Lead initiatives to improve asset management systems, ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness.  

- Provide regular reporting on software usage trends, identifying opportunities for optimisation and cost savings.  

- Oversee software license renewals and support strategic projects related to asset management.  

About You:  

- Relevant qualifications in technology asset management or similar, with significant experience managing assets, software, and configurations.  

- Strong knowledge of software licensing requirements and experience with asset management tools.  

- Experience on platforms such as AWS, Microsoft, and ServiceNow

- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in a clear and effective manner

- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.  

- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead external software audits.  

- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
