Are you an experienced Development Manager or Senior Developer with a strong Oracle background and a track record in large corporate applications? This is your chance to lead and optimise the integration of financial and HR systems while managing and mentoring a dedicated team of systems engineers. You’ll play a pivotal role in prioritising workflows, streamlining processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the success of critical projects.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three work-from-home days per week, and provides a competitive salary package of up to $160k (inclusive of superannuation).
About You
We’re looking for a Development Manager or Senior Developer with:
- Experience: 5+ years in IT, including 2–3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Oracle products and ERP systems in large corporate environments, including SQL, table configuration, and interface management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and prioritise team workloads, ensuring efficient workflows and strong team collaboration.
- Communication: Exceptional skills for engaging with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Lead and oversee the integration of HR, payroll, and financial systems.
- Manage and mentor two distinct teams (8 members)
- Implement prioritisation frameworks to address workload challenges and enhance team efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders and vendors to align systems with organisational objectives.
- Provide strategic input into the recruitment of additional technical roles.
- Salary: Paying up to $160k (inclusive of superannuation).
