About the Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Data Engineer with expertise in Azure, Python, and Synapse? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national team focused on supporting GP clinics across Australia with data analytics and cloud-based solutions. In this hybrid role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and managing data warehouses for a significant project. This contract role is available until June 2025, with the possibility of extension.
About You:
We’re seeking a Data Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Azure, Synapse, and Python. You should have experience in creating ETL pipelines, writing database scripts using PySpark or Python, and working with Power BI. Experience in healthcare and DevOps is advantageous but not essential.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure Cloud, Synapse, and Python.
- Proficiency in Power BI, ETL pipeline creation, and data warehousing.
- Ability to write database scripts using PySpark or Python.
- Nice to have: Experience in client liaison and DevOps.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
