What will you be doing?
- Take ownership of the development and maintenance of the flagship consumer application and upcoming products.
- Ensure the application remains current with the latest features and enhancements to meet user needs.
- Collaborate closely with product management and design teams to prioritize and iterate on platform functionality.
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive best practices in software development, focusing on efficient, optimised, and scalable code.
- At least 5 years’ experience with React Native, TypeScript and API Gateway.
- Proven track record in architecting and developing scalable mobile applications.
- Experience in a similar role as a Lead Developer.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perth based and full working rights with no restrictions.
