Full Stack Developer
Location: New Office (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 + Super
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple projects and operations. Reporting to Mike, you’ll be embedded in a collaborative team, contributing to roadmap and strategy development, solution design, and data transformation. The role requires a growth mindset as the organisation invests heavily in upskilling, including certifications and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of projects and support tasks, handling the full lifecycle of system development.
- Build, validate, and ensure the resilience of systems through unit testing and best practices.
- Provide architectural input and contribute to solutioning and transforming data.
- Handle day-to-day work from 8 AM – 5 PM while offering flexibility (e.g., starting and finishing later if needed).
- Act as an individual contributor within a team of 15 with mixed seniority levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Angular or React (Angular preferred).
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience with C# (backend development); experience in full stack development or backend-leaning roles is ideal.
- A sweet spot of 7 years’ experience overall is preferred.
- Proven ability to work across multiple projects while supporting architectural and strategic goals.
Team Environment
You will join a team of 15 professionals at varying seniority levels. This role operates as an individual contributor, directly reporting to Mike.
