About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to drive the adoption, governance, and optimisation of business processes across the organisation. You will play a key role in designing, defining, and improving processes, ensuring alignment with the BPM Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and map current/future state processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide business process owners with modelling services using BPMN 2.0
- Leverage BPM tools for simulations, comparisons, and reporting
- Identify and manage process optimisation initiatives
- Promote BPM governance and process excellence practices
- Drive stakeholder engagement and coordinate BPM activities
- Collaborate with SAP Security, Risk, and Change Management teams
- Assist in developing the annual BPM roadmap for maturity progression
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Business Process Modelling and Improvement
- Familiar with BPMN 2.0 standards
- Experience with SAP and BPM tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, ARIS)
- Strong analytical, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Effective workshop facilitation and reporting abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- BPMN 2.0 certification
- Six Sigma or similar qualifications
