Citrix Server Engineer

Verse Group is a leading Perth based, specialist recruitment agency which boasts significant WA recruitment experience across the IT sector. We are currently seeking the services of a Citrix Server Engineer for a fantastic opportunity.

Our client is a global market giant in the resources sector, and among the world’s largest producers of major commodities.

As the Citrix Server Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for the provision of all operational support associated with the infrastructure platforms. Extensive understanding of Microsoft EUC related technologies is essential in building and supporting a complex and distributed EUC environment. You will be expected to look for opportunities to improve and enhance the EUC platform and act as a pivotal point of reference in providing a high level of technical support and troubleshooting, fault rectification and all issues related to the EUC services.

This position demands significant experience within a similar role, dealing with large scale end user computing platforms. Experience working in and managing a multi- site environment, and developing automated solutions integrating infrastructure components and technologies to improve workflow and productivity.

Critical to this position is experience in Citrix design and management, and an in-depth knowledge using platforms such as Microsoft and VMware, Citrix Xenapp/ Xen Desktop, Citrix netscalers SDX/VPX, Cisco Unified Compute Systems.
