We started Verse Group in 2013 because we wanted to shake things up. Having worked for some of the biggest names in recruitment, we knew the good, the bad and the ugly of the industry. To be frank, it frustrated, disappointed and demoralised us at times. That’s why we made the decision to change the recruitment game. Our aim? To start a consultancy like no other. We shed our stiff suits and ties, threw on our comfy jeans and polos, devoted ourselves to tech (and tech ONLY) and ditched the standard recruitment rulebook. Then we created our own.
