Holly began her recruitment journey in Sydney, back in 2018, when she fell into Corporate Services recruitment and later, Medical (Doctors). She'd always been very interested in getting into the IT field, so when she moved back to Perth in 2021, she made the conscious decision to follow her passion for technology.

She joined Verse Group in the IT Infrastructure team, supporting Helpdesk, Systems and Networking candidates. In her second year at Verse, she identified a clear gap in the market for specialist Communications and Operational Technology recruitment on a national scale, and created the now thriving division off the back of this. In 2024, she absorbed Cyber Security into the division, given her team was focusing on a lot of IT/OT convergence work and a real targeted need for OT Cyber Security started to emerge in the market. In 2025, the Division grew again to cover Electrical & Renewables Engineering, making it Verse Group's most diverse technical recruitment offering.

Holly recruits contract, fixed-term and permanent talent from entry-level technicians and riggers through to senior architects, engineering managers and technical project delivery managers. Her core areas of specialisation include:
