Reporting to the Learning and Development manager, you will be aiding in the development and implementation of training plans across the business, ensuring the staff are adequately trained and informed about the requirements and responsibilities around their roles.
Key areas you will be focusing on in this role are:
- Healthcare reforms
- Work Health and Safety legislation
- The design and implementation of training modules and training materials
- Elearning module formation and implementation
- Hold clinical knowledge of the health care / disability sector
- Be proficient in the use of Articulate Storyline Software
- Be able to pivot within a project, and successfully deliver projects within the deadline
- Liaise with stakeholders and interpret a large variety of both reading and learning materials
- Be a task oriented self starter who shows initiative in fact finding.
