About You:
We're looking for someone with junior to mid-level manual testing experience who can effectively communicate and engage with healthcare professionals. Strong charisma, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn and master new products are essential. You should be capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Junior to mid-level manual testing.
- Customer Skills: Strong charisma and communication skills. Ability to discuss the healthcare platform with doctors and other healthcare professionals in an engaging and informative manner.
- Serve as the first response for calls and monitor chat channels like WhatsApp.
- Discuss and troubleshoot issues with healthcare professionals.
- Learn and master the product.
- Conduct regression testing by following scripts.
- Join a team with one other tester.
- Collaborate with a team of five senior developers.
- Report to the tester, CTO, and a Customer Success Manager.
- Work in a dynamic start-up environment with increased responsibilities.
- Contribute to an innovative product in the healthcare sector.
- Make a meaningful impact on healthcare professionals and their record systems.
- Be part of a company committed to its original mission, prioritising it over financial gain.
- 50% remote role, with on-site days being Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one extra day every fortnight.
